In the past, I had purchased whisky before, but it was always for business purposes or as gifts for others. I had never spent a single dime buying a bottle strictly for my own consumption. This trip to Taiwan completely changed that.

Drinking through the lineup, I fell even deeper into the charm of whisky and became completely captivated by the intense profile of Kavalan.

On my way back home, standing in front of the shelves at Taipei Airport (TPE) duty-free, I carefully contemplated my options. After some deliberation, I walked out with two bottles—marking the first time I bought whisky purely for myself.
